How long does shipping take for a new bicycle?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the contiguous United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Do the bicycles come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, our bicycles are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include basic tools and a manual, but we recommend professional assembly for optimal performance.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
How do I choose the right frame size?
We provide a detailed sizing chart on every product page based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
Are Sgvbicycles covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our bicycle frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as forks, tires, and chains are covered under a separate 1-year limited warranty.
